Conrad Dresdale, LCSW

Conrad is an empathetic and dedicated therapist, wholeheartedly committed to guiding individuals toward improved mental health and overall peace and well-being. His therapeutic style is humanistic, compassionate, relaxed, and empowering. Conrad profoundly cares about the unique experiences of his clients and respects the path that they are on.


With a rich background in crisis PR, entertainment, and music, Conrad ventured into clinical psychology, obtaining an MSW from Boston College. Conrad most recently worked at McLean Hospital, the leading psychiatric hospital in the United States, in their NB1 inpatient unit and the McLean Behavioral Health Outpatient Program. Conrad has also worked as a residential counselor at the Tharros House in Lexington, Massachusetts, helping young men nurture their passions and find meaning in their lives in recovery from substances. Conrad’s unique blend of experiences has enriched his perspective on life, allowing him to appreciate individuals' resilience in the face of adversity.


Conard’s approach to therapy is multidisciplinary. Drawing from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, and psychodynamic principles, he believes in a tailored and collaborative journey.

 
Conrad holds a BA from Bowdoin College, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. Conrad enjoys spending his free time outside with his Miniature Bernedoodle Hunny and going to the movies.

Jessie Zelle, LCSW

As a licensed clinical social worker, Jessie specializes in treating children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety and OCD, eating disorders, substance abuse, and personality disorders. More recently she has immersed herself in practicing therapy and counseling among couples and relational dynamics.

 

Her clinical approach incorporates an overall holistic lens where she works to integrate every component of an individual and the ways in which they interact with others and their lives into her practice. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). With couples more specifically, she practices the Gottman Method as well as Narrative therapy. Jessie is passionate about working with clients to meet their goals with immense understanding, nonjudgment, empathy, openness, and compassion.

 

Jessie received her Master of Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Boston College following her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Vermont. Prior to becoming a fellow at Emily Pilowa’s practice, her clinical work took place at McLean hospital, Tufts Medical Centers’ psychiatry department, and in various residential mental health settings. During her time as a therapist, she has gained experience working with clients as they develop insight and coping skills to navigate self-identified concerns and ways in which they hope to move throughout the world. Jessie works to establish trust within her clients themselves, their relationships, the world around them, and within herself as a guide. She is enthusiastic to work with all those who come through her door to help support her clients towards the life they envision and deserve.

Becca Rubin, LCSW


Becca is a warm and heart-centered clinician. It is her absolute joy to empower her clients to live their lives in alignment with their unique values. Her therapeutic approach is gentle, curious, and flexible.

Becca is a graduate of the Boston University School of Social Work. She pursued her clinical training in the Adolescent Substance Abuse program at Boston Children’s Hospital, and her fellowship in the behavioral health program at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. She was both a fellow and staff member at the Simmons College Counseling Center.

Becca’s clinical interests include the perinatal and postpartum period, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Becca draws therapeutic inspiration from many sources, and she is particularly drawn to modalities that incorporate mindfulness; resilience skills building; values clarification; and the recognition of the inherent strengths and gifts that her clients bring to therapy. Becca feels extremely fortunate to be a member of this wonderful team of therapists, and she looks forward to the opportunity to support you on your therapeutic journey.

Chandler Cook, LICSW/ FeLlowship Group Training facilitator

Chandler is a graduate of the Boston College School of Social Work where she studied clinical practice with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families. During this time, she had a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ individuals, centering much of her coursework on serving this community. Chandler’s past experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings as a mentor, rape crisis counselor, domestic violence advocate, mobile crisis clinician, and outpatient therapist. Chandler has worked with folks from a variety of backgrounds who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health struggles.

As a clinician, Chandler aligns with a few theoretical approaches, with the primary being Narrative Therapy. In addition to this, she bases her work in a strengths based and client centered approach working to identify a foundation of tools and talents within the folks that she works with.

Hannah Ashe, LCSW

Hannah Ashe, LCSW is a social worker who earned her MSW degree from Boston College in 2024. Her background includes a B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and years of community organizing, teaching, housing justice work. She has established accountability groups for white students engaging in anti-racist learning and action at Boston College and beyond. 

Hannah has experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, gender and sexuality exploration, and relationship struggles.

In her practice, Hannah weaves together elements of narrative therapy, art therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), somatics and trauma-informed care. She works with clients to clarify their personal values and align their lives to those values.

Hannah utilizes the therapeutic relationship as a tool for change, and cultivates a space that is rooted in values of anti-oppression, dignity, accountability, and joy.

Molly Micley, LICSW/ Fellowship Group Training Facilitator

Molly is an LICSW trained to work with individuals and couples. As a therapist, Molly brings curiosity, warmth and humor to help clients navigate life's challenges. She primarily works from an attachment base: interweaving psychodynamic and relational perspectives. In session, she empowers clients to identify unhelpful patterns and cycles, gain insight and leverage inner strength to promote growth and healing. Together,she supports clients as they explore complex emotions and find new ways to live their days more fully connected to the people who matter most. 

Molly completed this fellowship in June 2023 and now facilitates group supervision for current fellows.

Molly holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College. Since graduation she has worked in multiple settings including university counseling, outpatient mental health and private group practice. Prior to becoming a therapist, Molly worked in the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser.
